What are the payment methods Doretel accepts?
- Credit Card: Visa, Master card
- Wire Transfer: (Required for International Orders & Special Order Items)
- Checks: Cashier's Check or Money Order will be accepted. Company checks are subject to approval.
Why does Doretel verify my shipping address?
In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized.
Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is listed in your account with Doretel.
My company is a tax-exempt organization. How do I place an order with Doretel that will have no tax applied?
Place your initial order online. After you have submitted the order, fax us at 404.521.4639 with your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the order confirmation number. This only must be done one time.
Tax: All customers outside of Florida will NOT be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
For Florida Resellers: Please place your first order as normal, fax your reseller permit to 404.521.4639 and we will remove all tax from your order.
For what reasons can my credit card be declined?
A credit card can be declined due to invalid credit card number, expiration date, billing address, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check with us to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.
Does Doretel know specifically why my credit card was declined?
Doretel will not be given a reason when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given us the correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information. If no resolution is reached within 2 business days, this order will be voided.
May I pay using a check or a money order?
